SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

At PURE Beauty and Wellness Medispa, we currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier-related issues.

 

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend providing accurate shipping information and monitoring your shipment using the tracking details provided.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY GUIDELINES

The shipping address must be a physical address. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.

You will automatically receive shipment details [when shipped, estimated delivery, exceptions, delivered] directly from PURE Beauty and Wellness Medispa to your email address on file.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please contact PURE Beauty and Wellness Medispa for any shipments that appear lost or are late.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​

There are a few products, due to their nature, that need to be delivered within 2 days. These are restricted to EXPRESS SHIPPING ONLY. This restriction is noted in the description area of these products.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
